“My friend and I have stayed at several properties in the past week and a half and this was by far the worst place we stayed. The only good part was the beds were comfortable and the sheets looked clean. The pool looked good. The floors in the room were dirty especially bathroom. Even the outside needed a good sweeping. Get it together and clean this place up!!”

“Tried to take a shower, I got a super tiny stream of water. Got switched to a different room. Ac didn’t work. Had a fan on the night stand. Lamps were all broken and inoperable. The parking lot was full of huge pot holes. No ice machine. Do not recommend for that price. Horrible.”

“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!! The sofa in the room was horrible! It should have been out in a dumpster! Absolutely gross. It was so bad that we took the bedspread off the bed to cover it up! The sofa in the foyer was just as bad. We did check between the bed sheets to make sure it was clean and it pass the test, the sheets were clean as far as we could tell. NEVER AGAIN will I ever stay there.”

“Place was very dirty the mattress was Horrible condition the box spring was just boards did not have material anymore. TV did not work right. The Chair that was there was very dirty. The door to room was hard to open The out of building had a lot of trash In front. Spent about 45 minutes in Room. Went to front desk told them I was not staying. Said they would not refund my money. Said I didn't care And I would never again rent a room at Roadway hotel in Abilene tx.”

“Overly priced, couch we were supposed to use as 2nd bed was FILTHY. We didn’t even use it to sit on. Shower dirty. You don’t believe it? Check it out. We both felt like we were in motel 8. For sure will NOT stay there again.”

“The hinge on my door was defective such that once the door was opened It could not be closed completely such that it could not be locked. The only way I could stay there would be to stay in the room and not leave the room. The staff (one individual on duty) was very polite and came with a screwdriver to try to repair the door, but it still did not close properly. “Staff went missing from front desk for about 30 minutes around 11 p.m. when I had an issue with my room and needed to switch rooms-Housekeeping were loud in the hallways in the mornings, didn’t even clean mainly just messed around. Floors were sticky, no clean towels, breakfast was ok but the same thing for 3 days gets old. No water to drink is available unless you pay $4 for a bottled water and they charged me $17 for an unknown reason and management couldn’t tell me why. Worse holiday inn I’ve...
